UX Design — Design That Drives a Decision, Not Just a Look

A site can be attractive and still fail. The visitor arrives, cannot tell within a few seconds what you do or what they should do next, and leaves. That is not a taste problem, and redesigning it to look better will not fix it. It is a structure problem: the page was arranged around what the business wanted to say rather than the order in which a stranger needs to hear it.

This service is for businesses that already have traffic but too few enquiries or orders from it. If you have no traffic yet, UX is not your first problem and we will say so — the work belongs after there are enough real visitors to learn from.

What a UX Engagement Includes

Review of the current experience

We walk your existing site or app as a first-time visitor would, and identify where the path to the decision breaks: unclear entry points, competing calls to action, or forms that ask too much too early.

Behaviour data, not opinions

Where analytics exist, we look at where people actually drop out rather than debating preferences, so the changes are argued from evidence instead of from whose opinion carries most weight in the room.

Information architecture

Restructuring what appears on each page and in what order, so the visitor receives information in the sequence that leads to a decision instead of in the order your org chart happens to be arranged. Restructuring often runs together with our website design service.

Wireframes before visuals

We agree structure in plain wireframes first. Arguing about layout while looking at finished colours and photography is the most common way design projects lose time.

Interface design

The visual layer applied on your brand identity, with attention to legibility, tap targets and the Arabic and English versions behaving equally well rather than one being an afterthought.

Handover to development

Documented components and states so what gets built matches what was designed, including the empty, loading and error states that are usually forgotten until they appear in production. Interface work supports all onesolute marketing services.

UX Design Frequently Asked Questions

UX is the structure and sequence: what appears, in what order, and how someone gets from arrival to decision. UI is the visual layer applied on top of it. A beautiful UI on a broken UX still loses the customer.

Often yes. Many conversion problems are solved by restructuring pages, clarifying the offer and simplifying forms, which is considerably cheaper than rebuilding. We will tell you honestly when a rebuild really is the more economical route.

Against the action the page exists to produce: form submissions, quote requests, completed orders. We agree that measure before the work starts, so success is defined by a number rather than by taste.

Yes, and we design both properly rather than mirroring one into the other. Arabic right-to-left layouts have their own typographic and spacing requirements that a flipped English layout does not satisfy.

Yes. You receive the design files and the documented components, with full rights to use them with any developer.
