Terms of Service

Last updated: 16 September 2026

These terms govern your use of onesolute.com and, together with a signed proposal or agreement, the services provided by onesolute, the trading name of One Marketing Solutions Establishment (Commercial Registration 7052989709, VAT 314487339500003, Al Rawdah District, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia). By using the site or engaging our services you accept them.

Use of the website

The content on this site — text, images, designs, code and case studies — belongs to onesolute or its clients and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read and share links to it. You may not copy, scrape, republish or use it commercially without written permission. Portfolio work is shown with the relevant client’s consent and remains that client’s property.

Information on this site, including indicative price ranges and articles, is general guidance for the Saudi market and not a binding offer or professional advice for your specific situation. Prices are indicative starting points; the price for your project is the one stated in your proposal.

Engaging our services

Proposals. Every engagement starts with a written proposal that defines scope, deliverables, quantities, timeline, price and payment terms. The proposal, once accepted, is the agreement between us; where these terms and a proposal differ, the proposal applies.

Payment. Ongoing services (social media management, advertising management, SEO and similar) are billed monthly in advance. One-off projects (websites, brand identity, production) are billed in stages agreed in the proposal, typically a deposit to start and the balance on delivery. Invoices are VAT-compliant and payable by bank transfer within the period stated on the invoice. Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the advertising platforms from your own accounts and are never part of our fee.

Your responsibilities. You will provide the access, content, approvals and information we need on time, and you confirm that material you give us does not infringe anyone else’s rights. Delays in providing these may extend the timeline.

Ownership. All accounts — domain, hosting, website, analytics, advertising and social profiles — are opened in your name and remain yours. On full payment, you own the final deliverables produced for you and receive source files in open formats. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.

Term and termination. Ongoing services run for the period stated in the proposal and continue month to month afterwards unless either side gives 30 days’ written notice. Either side may end an engagement immediately if the other materially breaches it and does not fix the breach within 14 days of notice. Work completed up to termination is payable; on termination you keep all accounts and assets, and we hand over any work in progress that has been paid for.

No guarantees of outcome. We commit to defined outputs and professional execution. We cannot guarantee a specific search ranking, follower count, sales figure or advertising result, because these depend on platforms and markets outside our control.

Liability

To the extent permitted by Saudi law, our total liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for losses caused by third-party platforms, hosting outages, or material you provided.

Confidentiality

Each side will keep the other’s non-public business information confidential and use it only for the engagement. This survives the end of the engagement.

Governing law

These terms and any engagement are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes will be resolved by the competent courts in Jeddah, after a good-faith attempt to settle them directly.
