onesolute (“we”, “us”), the trading name of One Marketing Solutions Establishment, is a digital marketing agency registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Commercial Registration 7052989709, VAT 314487339500003), located at Al Rawdah District, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This policy explains what personal data we collect through onesolute.com, why, and what rights you have. It is written to comply with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and its implementing regulations.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you use a contact form, book a consultation, message us on WhatsApp, call or email us, we receive the details you provide: typically your name, company, phone number, email address and a description of what you need.
Information collected automatically. Our website uses analytics (Google Analytics via Site Kit) and performance tools that record pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, referring site, and how you interacted with the page. This data is aggregated and does not identify you by name. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, request time, URL) for security.
Cookies. We use functional cookies required for the site to work, analytics cookies to understand how the site is used, and, where we run advertising campaigns, advertising cookies from Google, Meta, Snapchat or TikTok that help measure and retarget those campaigns. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
- To deliver and manage the services you have engaged us for, and to invoice you.
- To improve the website and our content, using aggregated analytics.
- To measure and optimise our own advertising.
- To meet legal obligations, including tax and accounting rules in Saudi Arabia.
We do not sell personal data. We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them, and every such email includes a way to opt out.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us operate: our web host, email provider, analytics and advertising platforms, the CRM we use to manage enquiries, and our accountants. Each receives only what it needs for its task and is bound by its own privacy terms. Some of these providers process data outside Saudi Arabia; where that happens we rely on the provider’s contractual safeguards. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details: up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client. Client and billing records: for the period required by Saudi commercial and tax law. Analytics data: according to the retention settings of the analytics tool, currently 14 months.
Your rights
Under the PDPL you can ask us to tell you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose. You can also withdraw consent you have given. Write to info@onesolute.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).
Security
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS. Access to enquiry and client data is limited to the team members who need it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
